Pricing questions

Is the free version limited?

No. On your own computer, every file type, OCR, search, the viewer, watched folders, exports and local AI models are free, with no limit on documents and no account.

Can I use my own AI provider?

Yes, on every plan. Bring an OpenAI, Gemini or other key, or run a model locally with Ollama. Pro is for people who’d rather not set that up.

Can we pay by bank transfer or invoice?

Yes, for annual Team and Enterprise plans. Cards and mobile money are supported where available.

What is “In your cloud”?

Duct deployed in your own cloud account or on your own servers, with your sign-in and an audit log, so documents never leave your infrastructure. It’s part of Enterprise.
